Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Property Manager for Midtown Junction, a 257-unit garden community in Lease Up. Schedule is Monday–Friday with weekends if needed.

You will drive budget planning, rent collection, vendor coordination, and lease enforcement while leading a team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. The role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in property management or related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist budget development and monitor financial statements.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent/fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes.
• Lead property staff and manage performance.
• Maintain client/owner relationships and report performance.
