You will drive occupancy and revenue through pricing, marketing, and service excellence, supervise staff, and collaborate with owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely collection and posting of rents and fees.
• Approves invoices and manages vendor/contractor communications and payments.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees the lease enforcement process, including applications, renewals, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform short- and long-range marketing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests, and ensures maintenance team compliance with standards.
• Conducts regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervises staff through hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
