• Experience budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tenant communications and service requests, ensuring prompt response times and effective resolution of issues.
• Support budgeting, invoicing and monthly operating reports.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors to maintain high property standards.
• Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with lease administration tasks including document preparation, tenant move-in coordination, and file management.
• Help facilitate tenant events and building communications to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
