Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering financial results and tenant satisfaction for a Seattle asset. The AGM partners with the GM to develop property plans and supervise the property team on-site.

The role requires on-site presence, a Bachelor’s degree, and seven years of CRE/property management experience, including 3–4 years of people management. Real Estate License must be obtained within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Minimum three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing a team of three (3) or more people.
• Real Estate License required within six months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of lease agreements and ensure compliance from accounting/operations perspective.
• Prepare annual budget documentation and review financials.
• Manage on-site staff and operations to meet objectives.
• Serve as primary/secondary tenant service contact; communicate with the property team.
