Job summary

BROAD MANAGEMENT GROUP L LC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a single property, maximize occupancy, and optimize financial performance. You will be the main point of contact for tenants, owners, vendors, and other stakeholders, bringing strong management experience and excellent communication to the role.

This full-time, in-person position emphasizes lease administration, maintenance, compliance, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for property visits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
• Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations per policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure lease compliance and property standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements to keep the property in top condition.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.
• Prepare regular property performance reports and document communications.
