Job summary

Greystar seeks a property manager to lead daily operations of a multi-family community, directing staff and resources to meet budgeted goals. You will oversee budgeting, revenue, vendor payments, and compliance with laws while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach to leasing, maintenance, and service delivery across the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and manage staff to meet budgets.
• Set rent rates, collect revenues, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate with vendors.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, screenings, renewals, and notices.
