Job summary

Saturday Properties, a growing real estate company, seeks a Sr. Assistant Manager to support the Sr. Property Manager in driving property performance and resident experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, leasing activity, resident accounts, compliance, vendor coordination, and reporting.

The role requires managing budgets, forecasts, occupancy metrics, and renewal strategies while maintaining strong teamwork and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of real estate, property management, or related customer service experience.
• High energy level and ability to manage multifaceted projects with daily activities.
• Superior interpersonal abilities to work with diverse personalities and talent.
• Resourceful, well organized, and proficient with common software/tools including Excel and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted NOI.
• Act as Property Manager in absence, ensuring continuity of operations and resident service.
• Assist with annual budget, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor occupancy, renewal, delinquency, and collection metrics; propose actions.
• Manage resident delinquency and coordinates with third‑party collections as needed.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, bids, and contract compliance.
• Lead projects and process improvements; ensure regulatory compliance.
