Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in property management is required.
• Two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff responsibilities are completed professionally and in compliance with policy and laws.
• Recruit, interview, and hire administrative, leasing and maintenance personnel.
• Provide performance feedback and annual reviews.
• Prepare monthly work schedules for staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and property P&L.
• Communicate Dwoskin policies and lease terms to employees, clients, and residents.
