Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to read and act on financial statements and variances.
• Working knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord–tenant regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage).

Responsibilities

• Own the property's operating budget and monitor income/expenses to meet NOI targets.
• Oversee leasing process from lead gen to lease execution and drive occupancy.
• Lead resident experience initiatives and resolve escalated resident concerns.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, tenant regulations, and company policies.
