Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Community Assistant to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing property financials, supporting the leasing team, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

The ideal candidate will have property management experience or a related degree, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with relevant laws. A high school diploma is required, with preference for candidates with additional qualifications.

Qualifications

• One-year property management experience or a 4-year degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and manage community operations.
• Maximize cash flow and manage financial data accurately.
• Support leasing activities and marketing efforts.
• Assist in recruiting and managing team members.
