You will oversee day-to-day property operations, budgeting, leasing activity, vendor coordination, compliance, and reporting, while focusing on a respectful, proactive culture and excellent service to residents. This role partners with maintenance and finance teams to optimize NOI and ensure regulatory compliance, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years in real estate, property management, or related client service.
• High energy with ability to manage multiple projects alongside daily tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software; familiarity with real estate systems.
• Experience with affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted NOI and oversee daily property operations.
• Assist with budget prep, forecasting, and variance analyses.
• Monitor occupancy, renewals, delinquency, and collections; coordinate action plans.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, bids, and contract compliance.
• Support leasing and renewal processes with accurate rental data.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and internal audits; maintain accurate records.
