Job summary

Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our Georgia property, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of resident services. You will coordinate maintenance, leasing, and safety compliance while driving occupancy and financial performance.

Responsibilities include hiring staff, implementing retention programs, auditing workflows, and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, schedules, and delegation of duties.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure policies are upheld and infractions reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with proper sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with discretion.
• Manage administrative duties and reporting.
• Implement a resident retention program and events.
• Design/maintain marketing and advertising concepts.
• Ensure OSHA and Fair Housing compliance and safety guidelines.
• Investigate incidents involving residents or staff.
