Qualifications

• Maintain occupancy and retain residents.
• Administer HUD recertifications and review EIV reports.
• Rent collections and delinquency reporting.
• Oversee property maintenance, unit turns, curb appeal, inspections.
• Prepare budgets and property reporting.
• Conduct interviews and onboarding.
• Attend court proceedings and trainings.
