Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years in property management.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with staff leadership.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations, leasing, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more housing sites to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise site staff; ensure compliance with policies and bargaining agreements.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and enforcement; handle evictions per policy and law.
• Prepare site operating budgets and monitor cash flow and expenditures.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety; liaise with residents and external partners.
• Compile reports on performance, compliance, and lease activity for leadership.
