Qualifications

• COS and TCS certifications are beneficial.

• Accounts and reporting experience supported by HUD compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws and property policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff and scheduling.
• Maintain property occupancy and resident retention.
• Approve lease applicants and process move-ins.
• Administer HUD recertifications and review EIV reports.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency reporting.
• Coordinate capital improvements and bids.
• Operate within budget and purchase guidelines.
• Prepare timely property reports and attend required trainings.
