Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in a conventional housing property management role.
• At least one year as a Property Manager preferred.
• Experience with property management systems such as Entrata, Onesite, or Yieldstar preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Lead overall operations of the community to meet financial and service goals.
• Direct leasing production, marketing, and market knowledge to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and legal actions as needed.
• Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing property management team.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff in line with company policies.
• Monitor service requests and maintain property aesthetics to boost retention.
• Support social media marketing and reputation management for the community.
• Prepare and submit operational reports on time.
• Identify operational and financial risks and implement corrective actions.
