Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• 1+ year as a team lead/supervisor.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized.
• Effective in giving in-the-moment feedback to the team.
• Led by example and embraces company norms (Customer, Consistency, Community).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional on-site guest and resident experience each shift.
• Lead housekeeping operations and coach team members daily.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Manage room priorities, inspect rooms, and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping boards, update priorities, and allocate tasks.
• Train new hires and foster a collaborative, one-team culture.
• Support stand-ups, track time/attendance, and ensure shift coverage.
