Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in hospitality, retail, operations, or project management.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Supply on-site support during onboarding, offboarding, and transitionary projects.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support property performance.
• Facilitate training for new team members on property operations.
