Job summary

Onni is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to be the frontline liaison for residents and the property management team. You will ensure a high-quality resident experience, coordinate move-ins/outs, orientations, and renewals, while supporting rent collection and administrative duties.

You will maintain a top-tier leasing office environment, assist with lease agreements, plan resident events, and uphold compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

Responsibilities

• Schedules move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
• Coordinates move-in orientations and conducts orientations to promote owner reputation and customer satisfaction.
• Supports the Assistant Manager in rent collection, service requests, customer service calls, file organization, and resident communication.
• Organizes and manages inventory list of products used by leasing and management.
• Performs duties of a Leasing Coordinator as needed for the property.
• Supports the leasing team with file checklist tasks.
• Shops competitive properties.
• Helps plan and supports monthly resident functions.
• Maintains leasing office, tour path, and model apartments to a high standard.
• Reviews unit turn requirements with supervisor prior to move-ins.
• Completes final inspections of apartments and move-in inspections with new residents.
• Places move-in gifts in all units prior to new resident move-in.
• Assists residents with lease renewal options.
• Provides exceptional service to customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Promotes and participates in Company training programs.
• Complies with company policies, safety rules, and laws.
• Completes all training related to fair housing, marketing, leasing, customer service, etc.
• Performs other duties as required
