Job summary

The RMR Group is seeking a Property Administrator to support the Senior Property Manager and Property Manager, collaborating with the Building Engineer and Area Chief Engineer. You will handle admin tasks, tenant communications, and financial processes to keep property operations efficient and compliant.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in real estate with strong MS Word/Excel, and a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Admin, Real Estate or Accounting.
• 1–2 years real estate industry experience ideal.
• Strong client service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Open/close property management office; manage phones and visitors.
• Process invoices and track expenses; manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare tenant/bill back statements; maintain tenant/vendor files.
• Prepare vendor contracts and bid processes; manage work orders and tenant requests.
• Assist PM with budget preparation and annual operating expenses.
