Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our multifamily community. Working with the Property Manager, you will manage administrative, financial, and compliance tasks to keep the property running smoothly and residents served with excellence.

You will handle rent collections, budgeting, leases, and occupancy records while coordinating with vendors and maintenance to ensure timely responses and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing office operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Property management experience in multifamily settings is highly preferred.
• Experience with Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs is preferred.
• Financial acumen for rent collections, budgeting, reporting, and invoice processing.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations and maintain organized records.
• Process paperwork, manage deadlines, and support resident and vendor communications.
• Assist with rent collections, delinquencies, deposits, reporting, and budgets.
• Maintain resident files, lease documentation, and compliance records for audit-readiness.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors, track work orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
