Responsibilities

• Manages property and staff following company policies and laws.
• Shows units to prospective residents and explains occupancy terms.
• Collects rents, posts in accounting system, and makes deposits.
• Assists Regional Manager with budgeting and capital planning.
• Conducts evictions and participates in related legal proceedings.
• Monitors maintenance requests and ensures timely completion.
• Implements marketing strategies and rent increases.
• Schedules and monitors daily staff performance and trainings.
