Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and leasing goals. The role emphasizes strong leadership, resident relations, and adherence to policies and safety guidelines.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, hire employees, and implement retention and marketing efforts to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire all property employees.
• Uphold AMC policies and report infractions.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with independent judgment.
• Administer required reporting and records.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs.
• Develop and implement property marketing concepts.
• Ensure OSHA, Fair housing, and AMC safety compliance.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents or staff.
