Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Everett, WA. The role supports the property manager, oversees leasing and maintenance coordination, and ensures resident satisfaction while maintaining financial records and reports.

Qualified candidates should have 2–3 years in property management, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a 20% housing discount offered and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and posting.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records and lease files for accuracy and dates requiring action.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and maintenance operations.
• Assist with resident relations and problem resolution.
