Job summary

You will build financial models, projections and reports, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the Vice President of Asset Management to maximize returns.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate and strong analytical skills, with proficiency in VBA, Excel, and SQL.

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in real estate asset management or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Proficiency in VBA, Excel, SQL and financial modeling/valuation techniques.
