Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial reporting abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager and onsite team with daily property operations including leasing activities and tours.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with property inspections, maintenance coordination, and turnover activities.
• Support rent collection, delinquency tracking, and renewals in coordination with onsite teams.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly operational and financial reports.
• Maintain resident files, lease documents, inspection records, and financial documentation in Yardi and related systems.
