Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Systems Control Program Manager within Property Marketing to oversee the development, implementation, and management of systems and controls that protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with IT, DPS, Surveillance, Risk Management, and department leadership will drive improvements, audits, and risk mitigation, supporting daily operations and long-term planning through system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in Property Marketing or senior level audits.
• Experience in audits, quality control or risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement control processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for design controls and risk management to ensure compliance.
• Lead project development activities, document control, training, and metrics.
• Support external audits and maintain KPI reporting with accuracy.
• Ensure project schedules meet regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with IT, DPS, Surveillance, Risk Management and department leadership.
• Drive continual process improvements using data analytics.
