Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Systems Control Program Manager – Property Marketing to oversee controls that protect assets, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with IT, Surveillance, Risk Management and department leadership to drive improvements and strategic system enhancements.

Responsibilities include leading design controls, evaluating critical processes, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in Property Marketing and/or senior auditor roles.
• Experience with audits, quality control, risk management, and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational levels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet; project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for design controls, risk management, and project decisions in compliance with regulations.
• Own multiple project phases; act as SME and communicate across teams.
• Maintain records, KPIs, and support external audits; identify improvements.
• Ensure department staff meet regulatory requirements and program quality standards.
• Assist with organization-wide policy deployment, training, and audit remediations.
