Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Systems Control Program Manager – Property Marketing to lead the development, implementation, and management of systems and operational controls that support asset protection, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and organizational objectives.

The role involves collaboration with IT, DPS, Surveillance, Risk Management, Casino Compliance, and department leadership to evaluate critical systems and processes and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in Property Marketing and/or senior level auditor experience in audit, quality control or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for design controls, risk management, and decisions on project development activities to ensure compliance with quality goals, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Owns phases or sub-tasks of projects, communicates with the broader project team on worldwide compliance requirements, supports external audits, and maintains KPI tracking.
