Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in Highland, California seeks a Systems Control Program Manager – Property Marketing to oversee the development, implementation, and management of controls that support asset protection, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.

You will collaborate with IT, DPS, Surveillance, Risk Management, Casino Compliance and department leaders to drive improvements, lead audits, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in Property Marketing and/or senior level audits.
Related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Strong knowledge of procedural reporting and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

Lead design controls, risk management, and project development to ensure compliance.
Document control, metrics training, and continual process improvement using data analytics.
Educate the project team on worldwide compliance requirements and audits.
Maintain schedules to deliver phases; ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Protect assets through procedures that prevent damage to intellectual, financial, or property assets.
Assist IT with compliance impact analysis during system changes.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and par levels; optimize costs.
