Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Kennesaw, GA, to lead and develop a residential property management team. You will drive superior customer experiences, oversee leasing, rent collection, and maintenance, and balance budgets to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of property management supervision, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and experience with property management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws, maintenance, leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting principles, safety, and software.

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
