Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community and drive exceptional resident experiences. You will supervise the onsite team, manage leasing, budgeting, and operations, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while delivering strong financial results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of residential property management and proven leadership. Occasional travel may be required, and knowledge of OneSite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, team training and coaching, budgeting.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices: Fair Housing laws, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, safety, and use of property management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required

• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
