Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and operations to drive performance and profitability while maintaining strong tenant relations.

You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and use OneSite/property management software to optimize property

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
