Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community with a focus on exceptional resident experiences and financial performance.

You will guide a team, ensure compliance with housing laws, and drive continuous improvement while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, training, coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices, Fair Housing laws, leasing, rent collection, and related software.
• Strong balance of income and expenses to optimize results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property management team to deliver referral-worthy customer experiences.
• Balance financial performance with operational excellence.
• Maintain strong resident relations and ensure compliance with housing laws and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
