Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Denver is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily team and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will coach staff, balance financial performance, handle leasing, rent collection, and ensure Fair Housing compliance.

The role offers generous commissions and bonuses, 15 PTO days, 12 holidays + 3 floating holidays, 100% paid medical benefits for the employee, and a 401(k) with company match, with strong opportunity for upward mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses for best results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
