Job summary

Abode is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee City Gardens Permanent Supportive Housing in San Francisco's SoMa. You will manage a portfolio with staff, coordinate with external partners, and ensure safe, decent housing for residents while linking services and support as they transition to permanent housing.

The role requires strong staff leadership, knowledge of housing regulations, and experience in property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of property management experience or equivalent.
• Tax credit certification/CPO/COS or IREM/NCHM designation or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and staff (5+) within portfolio.
• Determine scope of work, bids, contracts, and manage vendor payments.
• Implement affirmative fair marketing plans and maintain occupancy goals.
• Ensure property upkeep, safety, and timely turnover of units.
• Prepare rent, occupancy, demographics and turnover reports; maintain tenant records.
