Job summary

WSH Management seeks an experienced Property Manager for its senior affordable housing community in San Pablo, CA. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, compliance, and financial performance, supervising a Maintenance Technician to ensure asset preservation.

Requirements include 4+ years on-site as a Property Manager, CAM/ARM preferred, Fair Housing certification, and proficiency with Yardi and RentCafe. This is a full-time role with a standard 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years on-site as a Property Manager
• Affordable housing experience preferred; Tax Credit experience strongly preferred
• CAM or ARM preferred; Fair Housing certification required prior to working with prospects or residents

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and rent rolls
• Review vacancy pipeline and ensure timely move-ins and renewals
• Lead emergency team and ensure safety compliance
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Supervisor
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, compliance, and financial performance
