Job summary

The ideal candidate has residential property management experience and a MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.

Qualifications

• MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.
• Residential property management experience required.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoices, coordinate with owners for payment funds.
• Monitor delinquency status, issue notices, and initiate eviction actions as needed.
• Communicate with maintenance team and keep owners informed on progress.
• Ensure lease files are complete and leases are executed properly.
• Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on property pricing.
• Show available properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms.
