The role requires a MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain one within six months, plus experience in residential property management and strong communication.

This full-time, in-office position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $44,000 to $53,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.
• Residential property management experience required.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, and all laws pertaining to residential rentals.
• Manage invoices and funding with property owners.
• Monitor delinquency and communicate with owners.
• Show properties, negotiate leases, and facilitate renewals.
• Maintain records and reports; ensure timely maintenance and compliance.
