PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support tenants and owners with a service-minded approach. The role emphasizes clear communication, timely responses, and accurate lease preparation to create a trusted resident experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins/outs, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring records are current across the property management system. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with lease renewals.
• Coordinate Move-In/Move-Out with tenants within schedule.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence for the Property Manager.
• Engage with prospective residents and show properties.
• Communicate with residents during rent collection.
• Assist in Security Deposit Disposition per state laws.
• Prepare leases with required addendums and attachments.
• Document all information in the property management software.
• Maintain up-to-date communications for the team.
