You bring order to daily operations by keeping records current, meeting deadlines, and ensuring clear expectations. This role aims to create a tenant experience defined by trust and respect across properties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Residential property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software and track maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with lease renewal process.
• Coordinate Move-In/Move-Out with tenants.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed.
• Handle prospective resident inquiries and property tours.
