Job summary

PURE HomeRiver in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the Phoenix office and oversee all office operations, coordinating people and resources to achieve property objectives set by the Broker and property owner. The role requires at least 3 years of residential property management and 5 years of supervisory experience; a BA degree is preferred.

Experience with property management systems is a plus, and you will nurture vendor, client, and resident relationships while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• BA degree preferred.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all business activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Recruit and train team members; conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Manage hiring as needed and implement policies with the team.
• Lead marketing procedures and portfolio growth strategies with the Broker.
• Monitor financial information and ensure accuracy and compliance.
