Job summary

EDEN Inc is seeking an on-site Property Manager for a Permanent Supportive Housing residential building in Cleveland, OH. This full-time role involves overseeing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and engaging with residents to create a supportive community.

Ideal candidates have a related Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience, with a valid Ohio license and an insured vehicle. A nonprofit or social services background is a plus, along with strong multilingual communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid OH driver's license with 4 points or less, insured vehicle.
• Experience in nonprofit or social services and property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and ensure housing regulation compliance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Foster relationships with residents and coordinate community activities.
• Coordinate lease agreements and tenant communications.
• Collaborate with support staff and service providers; on-call as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, empathetic and resourceful community environment.
