Job summary

EDEN Inc in Cleveland is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to engage directly with residents, oversee day-to-day operations, and create safe, welcoming communities onsite. You’ll coordinate maintenance, respond to inquiries, and partner with a team dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Work Mon–Fri with a rotating weekend on-call, and enjoy benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off. Salary ranges from $48,000 to $50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with four points or less, and proof of insurance.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Manage tenant inquiries with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
• Build relationships with residents and collaborate with team on solutions.
• Work Monday–Friday with rotating weekend on-call.
