RS EDEN is seeking a Property Manager to support daily operations of housing projects for youth, adults, and families. You will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure safe, stable communities, using tools like AppFolio and clear communication channels.

Qualifications

Experience in property management and/or compliance management.
Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds with multiple barriers.
Sound personal judgment, organizational skills, and strong time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise live-onsite staff and contractors when applicable.
Ensure properties meet compliance with regulations and standards, and are maintained as directed by leadership.
Prepare and process leasing paperwork and enforce lease terms and policies.
Maintain rent collection and contribute to the financial health of the property.
Communicate with participants and community partners; lead site staff meetings.
