Qualifications

• Experience in property management and/or compliance management.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds with multiple barriers.

• Excellent oral and written communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise live-onsite staff and contractors when applicable.
• Ensure properties meet compliance with regulations and standards, and are maintained as directed by leadership.
• Prepare and process leasing paperwork and enforce lease terms and policies.
• Maintain rent collection and contribute to the financial health of the property.
• Communicate with participants and community partners; lead site staff meetings.
