Avenue5 Residential, LLC in Roseville, CA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, maintenance oversight, and reporting. You will ensure resident satisfaction and partner with clients to deliver excellent service.

A strong background in property management, 2–3 years experience, and knowledge of the resident lifecycle are preferred; a real estate license and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or Salesforce are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and development to associates and lead with a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract/retain residents.
• Ensure adherence to property management guidelines in the contract.
• Address resident complaints and act as liaison to residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
