Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred or experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff
• Lead associates with a shared vision and provide coaching
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract residents
• Understand and apply operations guidelines in property management agreements
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with the corporate office on maintenance and rules enforcement
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking
• Organize site disaster and evacuation plans
• Oversee safety records and risk management initiatives
