Job summary

Arbor Property Management is seeking a Property Manager for the Houston area who will lead the property operations and maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will direct leasing, maintenance, financial management, compliance, and team development while protecting the owner's investment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget oversight, and exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to deliver an outstanding resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial management, customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing, maintenance, financial management, resident relations, compliance, and team development.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and budget execution.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
• Develop and mentor property team and drive resident satisfaction.
