Arbor Property Management in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to partner with the Property Manager on daily operations, occupancy, and resident experience at our multifamily community.

You will assist with tours, applications, leases, renewals, move-ins, and financial reporting while maintaining resident files and ensuring property compliance. Excellent customer service and leadership in the manager's absence are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing.
• Strong financial, administrative, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AppFolio or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and administrative workflow.
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease documentation.
• Process rental payments and resident account activity.
• Assist with tours, applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Provide leadership during the Property Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
