Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and property performance.
• Inspect property daily to ensure curb appeal meets standards.
• Oversee make-ready, turnover, and contractor work.
• Maintain accuracy of weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor bids.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure proper staffing.
• Maintain resident relations and handle service requests.
